Whats on the menu in the Rosado Household this week?

With my husbands crazy schedule, my career, and two kids, cooking during the work week normally only happens once in a while. Everything else is prepped and cooked on Sundays. Sundays in this family are met for relaxing and spending the day in the kitchen.

Every Monday I will work to post what we are eating for the week.

On the menu:

Salad + Chicken, sunflower seeds, shredded cheese, croutons, hard boiled egg and yogurt dressing
Spicy Chicken Alfredo
Brisket with seasoned mini potatoes and asparagus
Pancakes: Kodiak Pancakes with skim milk or Premier Protein for additional nutrients

Energy Bites: 




Instructions: Microwave peanut butter and honey for 15 seconds, add the rest of the ingredients, mix well, roll into individual balls, lay flat on parchment paper and refrigerate for 20-30 min

-1 cup dry oatmeal
-1/2 cup peanut butter
-1/3 cup honey
-1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 scoops protein powder

Yield: 30 balls

Egg Bake:




Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F, spray 9 x 13 pan, layer sausage and bacon on the bottom, add cut up crescent roll, shredded cheese, pour eggs on top. Bake for 35 min

- 1- 8 oz package crescent rolls
- 8 slices cooked diced bacon
- 1- 12 oz package sausage links
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup skim milk
